RESUMES AND COVER LETTERS

 

I have over fifteen years of experience in the Employment and Training industries. In that time I've created hundreds of resumes and cover letters that have led to interviews and jobs. I've also talked to dozens of recruiters and hiring managers over the years about what they look for when reviewing resumes.

 

As such, I'm a little different than most writers. I firmly believe that the look of your resume - along with your cover letter and introductory email - gives the reader an impression of you well before the first word is even read.

 

I want that impression to be favorable. Then I know the reader will be more likely to see how your skills are a good match for their needs.
